Building Information Modeling (BIM) is a 3D digital representation of the physical and functional characteristics of a building—an inside look before a project even begins. BIM allows our teams to collaborate on scanned information for plumbing, piping, and HVAC so we can get an advanced look at what the finished space will look like. Pinpoint Accuracy with Laser Scanning and Robotic Layout Technology
Take a look at where you are going before you even start the journey. Using a 3D laser scanner, our team scans existing spaces with pinpoint accuracy, collecting millions of data points. First, a detailed and coordinated Computer Numerical Controlled (CNC) fabrication-ready construction model is laid out in the field using Robotic total stations. The result? Indisputable calculations give us an edge to discover issues and find solutions that keep the project running on time and within budget.
