The Greenest Office Building

The award was presented by Seattle’s 2030 District, where local organizations are celebrated for their unique contributions to creating a more sustainable Pacific Northwest. We are proud to be a partner on this award-winning project that is set to become one of the greenest office buildings of its size in the world!

400 Westlake will generate 105% of the energy it needs and use 35% less energy than a typical office building. 100% of rainwater will be saved in a 107,000-gallon storage tank and treated for on-site use. Holaday-Parks provided: chilled water, heating water, central DOAS, rainwater collection, grey water reuse, and a vacuum waste system.
